Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This is the company's registered address only. It is not an office, warehouse or returns address, and products must not be sent to it.

Where we ship from

Hartwell works with fulfilment partners. Orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses in China. Items may arrive in separate parcels if your order contains multiple products.

We ship to the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from order confirmation, including order processing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs checks or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value is required.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

All applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges are covered by Hartwell and included in the price displayed. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or the tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at hello@hartwelluk.shop with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
